request a rate quote, insurance, make a change to your insurance policy, or
file a claim, you disclose information about yourself and your family members.

Insurance LLC Group products;
- Customer credit reporting agencies. Motor
vehicle departments, inspection services, and medical service providers;
and
- Visits to the PC Insurance LLC website.
- TYPES OF INFORMATION WE MAY DISCLOSE
We may disclose the

- Information from your application or other
forms, such as your name, date of birth, Social Security number, vehicle
and driver information;
- Information about transactions you conduct
with us, our affiliates, among others, such as your insurance coverages,
payment history, and certain claims information; and
- Information we receive from third parties,
such as motor vehicle records and claims history.
- TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not disclose
personal information about you to anyone unless permitted by law. The law
allows us to provide information to the following individuals or entities:
- A third party that provides services for
us, such as claims investigations, medical examinations, inspections and
appraisals, roadside assistance, or repair of your vehicle if you file a
claim;
- Our affiliated companies and reinsurers;
- Insurance regulatory and reporting
agencies;
- Customer credit reporting agencies to
obtain information about claims history, motor vehicle reports, or credit
reports when permitted by law;
- State motor vehicle departments for
reports on any accidents or convictions, or to confirm compliance with
compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance law;
- Law enforcement agencies or other
government authorities to report suspected illegal activities;
- An individual or organization performing
actuarial services for insurance or research studies;
- Companies providing marketing services on
our behalf, as part of a joint marketing agreement with banks, credit
unions, and affinity partners, or rental providers, and financial products
and services we offer to our customers; and
- As permitted by law.
- HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your private personal
information. These safeguards comply with applicable laws. We retain your
information for as long as required by law or regulations. The only employees
or agents who have access to your information are those who need it to provide
you with products or services. We do not sell your information to telemarketing
companies or mass marketing companies. Any information we share with third
parties, such as organizations providing a service for us or selling our
products, is subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and can only be
used for the intended purposes.
